The terms.
Who sells
Les Fleurs de la Nuit, Seattle, Washington. The shop sells to buyers in the United States. Payment is taken by Stripe; I never see your card.
What you get
Digital files. You get a link on the page after paying and in the order email; each file can be downloaded 5 times within 30 days.
Personal use licence
Your own screens, your own prints for your own walls, gifts. Not for a business, a publication, a product, resale or sharing the file.
Commercial use licence
One business or publication: websites, print, advertising, editorial. Not resale of the photograph itself (prints, stock, templates), and no sub-licensing. I keep the copyright under both licences.

For your own editing, personal or commercial. Not for resale or sharing.
Refunds
Digital downloads are not refundable once sold. If a file is faulty or the wrong one, write to me and I will put it right.

Prints
Prints are asked for from the gallery; I write back with the price.
